Recommendation: Adopt resolution 080717-001 authorizing contract amendment.
VIII. Isla vista teen center lease renewal
Recommendation: Authorize the General Manager to sign the attached lease agreement between Channel Islands YMCA and the District for use of the modular building at Estero Park for recreational activities for teenagers.
IX. Estero Park Modular Building Naming
Recommendation: Direct staff to start procedure per District Policy §2250.60 regarding naming the modular building in Estero Park.
X. Soccer field estero park
Recommendation: Reconfirm the original plan approved with the State of California for a natural grass soccer field.
XI. Ballot Measure Update/RFP Approval
Recommendation:. Direct staff to begin appraisal process of District Property by securing appraiser and allocated $7,000 in funding from account # 7460.
XII. CONTRACT FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
Recommendation: Authorize the General Manager to sign the attached contract approved to form by District Counsel enabling Moonlight Maintenance to perform janitorial services for Isla Vista Recreation and Park District.
